Creating Value Propositions
Every company should have a value proposition or brand message, that is, a review and analysis of the value (costs, benefits and advantages) your organization can offer its customers and other critical target groups.
To do an effective Value Proposition, you need to be prepared to answer the following:
1. To Whom Are You Marketing? - Who will receive the messages?
2. What Is Important To The Customer? - Why should they care?
3. What Are They Buying - literally and figuratively?
4. What Are the Benefits of Doing Business With You?
5. What Other Choices Might They Have? (competitors, in-house, do nothing. How do you provide a reasonable alternative?)
6. Supporting Evidence - How do you prove your points, what are the supporting factors?
If you cannot answer any or all of these critical questions, IDEAS4 can assist you in answering these questions to get your brand message on track.
